Effects, Filters & Grade

55 looks, 17 GPU effects, and a real grading panel

Grade one clip, or drop an adjustment layer over the whole sequence and grade everything under it at once. Every filter carries an intensity so a look is a starting point, not a commitment.

[How it works]

Effects, Filters & Grade in three moves

01

Pick a look

55 presets sorted by intent — skin tone, portrait, atmosphere, landscape, cinematic, vintage, artistic, mood, retro, modern.

02

Dial the intensity

Every preset has a 0–100 intensity. Take a strong look down to a suggestion without rebuilding it.

03

Grade underneath

Temperature, tint, saturation and hue, then exposure, contrast, highlights, shadows, whites, blacks, and brilliance.

[Under the hood]

Built to be used, not just demoed

The details that separate a party trick from a tool you reach for daily.

6 CAPABILITIES

Adjustment layers

A full-frame item on its own track that applies its grade and filters to everything beneath — optionally scoped to a frame range or a region.

GPU effects

Vignette, glow, duotone, pixelate, halftone, chromatic aberration, thermal vision and more, each an instance with its own enable flag and parameters.

Stack effects freely

Effects are instances, not slots. Run two blurs at different radii, or a duotone under a scanline pass.

Blend modes

Eleven compositing modes — multiply, screen, overlay, colour dodge, linear burn, soft light and the rest — on any visual item.

Sharpen, clarity, fade

Three finishing controls with no GPU-effect equivalent, applied as CSS filters so they cost nothing at preview time.

Everything is keyframeable

Grade values are registered animatable properties — ramp an exposure across a shot instead of cutting to a new look.

[Questions]

Effects, Filters & Grade, answered

Not today. Looks ship as parameterised filter presets with an intensity control; LUT import is on the roadmap.

Effects run on the GPU in the preview, and the preview can drop to a proxy quality tier while you scrub. The export always uses full resolution.

Yes — that's what an adjustment layer is for. Everything beneath it inherits the grade, and you can scope it to a frame range.
