This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our principle is simple: your footage is yours.We collect the minimum needed to run the Service, we don't sell your data, and we don't train AI on your content without your explicit opt-in.

We collect a few categories of data:

• Account data — name, email, and billing details when you subscribe.
• Content — the media, projects, and prompts you upload or create so we can process and store them for you.
• Usage data — how you interact with the app (features used, performance, crashes) to improve it.
• Device data — browser or app version, OS, and IP address for security and diagnostics.

• To provide and operate the Service — rendering, captioning, dubbing, and running ReelMy.
• To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To send service updates and, if you opt in, product news.

We rely on your consent, our contract with you, and legitimate interests as legal bases, depending on the activity.

AI features process your media to produce the result you asked for. This processing is scoped to delivering your request. We do not use your private content to train foundation models unless you explicitly opt in. Full detail lives in our AI & Consent policy.

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Sub-processors that help us run the Service (cloud hosting, payment processing, email) under strict contracts.
• Your collaborators, when you invite them to a shared project.
• Authorities, only where legally required and after review.

Your content is stored per your plan's storage allowance. You can delete projects at any time.

• Deleted items are removed from active systems promptly and purged from backups within 30 days.
• When you close your account, we delete your content after a 30-day export window, except where we must retain records by law.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with strict access controls. See our Security page for details on how we protect your work.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. From your account you can:

• Export your projects and media at any time.
• Delete individual projects or your entire account.
• Manage marketing preferences and AI opt-ins.
