These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ReelM, the ReelMy agent, our desktop app, websites, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you're using ReelM on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms for that organization and confirm you have authority to do so.

You need an account to use most features. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Notify us promptly at security@reelm.tech if you suspect unauthorized access.

Use ReelM to make great video. Don't use it to harm others. You agree not to:

• Create deceptive deepfakes, impersonate real people, or clone a voice or likeness without documented consent (see our AI & Consent policy).
• Upload content you don't have the rights to, or that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the Service, or attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls.
• Use the Service to build a competing model by scraping outputs at scale.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You own your content. Footage, audio, projects, and exports you create remain yours.

To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, encode, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you — for example, to render an edit, generate captions, or run a ReelMy request. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train models without your explicit opt-in.

ReelMy and other AI features generate outputs based on your inputs. AI can make mistakes — you are responsible for reviewing outputs before you publish them. Details on how AI processes your content live in our AI & Consent policy.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the outputs you generate with the Service.

• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from billing; changes are prorated to the day.
• Every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
• Taxes may apply based on your location. Fees are shown before you confirm.

The Service — including ReelM, ReelMy, our software, models, brand, and design — is owned by ReelM and protected by law. These Terms don't grant you any right to our trademarks or to use our software except as permitted here.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

On termination you can export your projects for 30 days, after which they may be permanently deleted.

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
